 Coldwell Banker James C. Otton Real Estate office is located  at 97th and Second Avenue  in Stone Harbor   From the Garden State Parkway, head south to the Stone Harbor Boulevard - Exit #10. Turn left onto Stone Harbor Blvd and travel approximately 3.5 miles. Cross the bridge. Stone Harbor Boulevard becomes 96th Street. Continue on 96th street to second traffic light which is Second Avenue.   Make a right.Make a left at next street to my office at 97th street.
 

From Philadelphia (West)

From the Atlantic City Expressway southbound, take Exit #7 to the Garden State Parkway and head south to the Stone Harbor Boulevard - Exit #10. Turn left onto Stone Harbor Boulevard and travel approximately 3.5 miles. Cross the bridge. Stone Harbor Boulevard becomes 96th Street. Continue on 96th street to second traffic light which is Second Avenue.   Make a right.Make a left at next street to my office at 97th street.
 
From The Blue Route

Take 476 - Blue Route to I 95 South to the Commodore Barry Bridge. On the Jersey side of the Commodore Barry Bridge it becomes Route 322. Take 322 East to Route 55 South. Travel 55 South to the end. You will be getting on at mile 50 and Route 55 ends at mile 21 where it dumps you onto Route 47. Take 47 South to 347 South which turns back into Route 47. You will pass Route 83 East and less then a mile further you will come to a traffic light which is Route 657 turn left onto Route 657. Route 657 becomes Stone Harbor Boulevard after you cross over the Garden State Parkway. After you cross the Parkway, continue east and it is about 4 miles into Stone Harbor. After crossing the bridge into Stone Harbor, Stone Harbor Boulevard becomes 96th Street. Continue on 96th street to second traffic light which is Second Avenue, make a right. Make a left at next street to my office at 97th street.
